Free shipping is applied to orders of $50.00 or more and shipped (to a single address) within the Continental 48 states, USA. Simply select "FedEx Ground" as the shipping method during checkout. Offer applies to FedEx ground shipping only. 

  • Shipping is not available for PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO .


  • Orders to Canada are no longer supported.


At this time, we are not shipping orders to locations outside of the United States. (APO/FPO addresses are supported)

Shipping Times

  • Ground shipping methods within the USA (FedEx Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Select, USPS Priority Mail) will take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to reach a destination, plus 1 to 2 days processing time.
  • Rush Shipping will take 2 days to reach a destination in the USA after 1 to 2 days processing time. We will make every effort to prioritize the processing of rush shipments at our warehouse.

Packaging and Packing of Orders

All packing and packaging of orders is done at our discretion.  This includes box sizes and weights.  This will be done within reason and shipment provider guidelines. 

Third Party Shipping Accounts

We are unable to use third party carrier accounts for orders placed through our website. If you would like to use your own carrier account for shipments, we recommend you establish Excel template-based ordering with us. Please contact our customer service team for details. 

Damaged Shipments, Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

  • If the item(s) get out of stock, you will have the option of a full refund or to wait for the item to restock. We make every effort to ensure that the items we list are in stock.
  • If you are not happy with the purchase or you received a product in damaged condition or missing items please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will ask for photos if necessary. We can offer replacement(s) or refund.
  • Ask your carrier to note any damage or excessive wear to the outside packaging
  • Contact us using our Contact Us page, by email at, or by phone at 866-814-5203, within 5 business days so we can file a claim with the carrier.
  • Keep the item and all packing material to assist us with the claim

  • Shipping is non-refundable on all items returned through no fault of our company.
  • You are responsible for paying freight charges on all items returned through no fault of our company.
  • Any item returned must be returned in its original box.
  • Personalized items can not be returned.
  • You must contact us prior to any returns being made.
  •  Returns for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable to us.
  • If you want to cancel an order you must notify us immediately. As long as the item has not shipped we can cancel it. If it has shipped then you will have to wait for the item to arrive and follow our return policy.
  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
